According to the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of Import and Export Feed and Feed Additives, the General Administration of China Customs implements a registration system for the manufacturer from the regions that are allowed to export feed products to China. The imported feed products shall be from registered foreign manufacturers.

For the manufacturers that export feed and feed additives for the first time to China, they should apply for import registration for feed and feed additives to the Ministry of Agriculture of China.
